No. If your building has a doorman or concierge, you can leave the bag with them. Otherwise, we’ll coordinate a handoff with you.

Our shop is at 221 East 88th Street in Yorkville on the Upper East Side. Pickup and delivery are available in the surrounding area; enter your address when scheduling and we’ll confirm coverage.

The first 5 lbs are $11.00, then $1.75 per additional lb. In-store drop-off has a 5 lb minimum. Pickup and delivery has a 15 lb minimum.

Yes. You can choose a detergent, request separate washing, add hang-dry items, or leave other care notes when you schedule.

Before 10:00 AM, laundry is usually ready the same day by 5:00 PM. From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, it is usually ready the next day by 10:00 AM. After 1:00 PM, it is usually ready the next day by 5:00 PM. Hang-dry and specialty-care items may take longer.

Most dry-cleaning orders are ready in 2–4 business days. Rush service may be available by request.

We clean everyday clothes, workwear, dresses, suits, coats, sweaters, and many specialty items.

We’ll inspect the garment and treat stains before cleaning. Results depend on the fabric, the stain, and how long it has been there.

Yes. Wash & press shirts are $3.50 each, laundered, pressed, and hung.

Yes. Let us know your starch preference when you place the order.

No. Walk-ins are welcome for fittings and alteration questions.

Most alterations take about 2–5 business days, depending on the work.

Yes. We clean comforters, blankets, mats, pillows, and other household items.
